You agree not to misuse Bukio, upload unlawful content, or interfere with our services.

6. Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. Bukio retains ownership of the software, code, and brand assets.

7. AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance before publishing.

8. Payment & Subscriptions

Fees are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Done-For-You Services

If you subscribe to our DFY Plan, you authorize Bukio’s creative team to manage and publish approved content.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Bukio integrates with services like Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and others. By connecting these accounts, you consent to Bukio acting on your behalf to post and retrieve data in accordance with each platform’s terms. You can revoke access at any time. Bukio is not responsible for third-party outages, API changes, or data loss.

11. Automation Tools

Integrations made through platforms such as Zapier or Make are the responsibility of the user and governed by those platforms’ own terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bukio is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to fees paid within the past 12 months.

13. Privacy

Your use of Bukio is also governed by our Privacy Policy 

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Bukio constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
